2.Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. FiatLocal is not responsible for incorrect email addresses.
2.3 Payment
Gift Cards can be purchased using credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods available on FiatLocal.com. All sales are final.
Redeeming Gift Cards
3.1 Where to Redeem
FiatLocal Gift Cards can be redeemed only on FiatLocal.com for eligible products and services.
3.2 No Expiration
FiatLocal Gift Cards do not expire and have no service fees.
3.3 Non-transferable and Non-refundable
Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment, except where required by law.
3.4 Partial Redemption
If your purchase total is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases. No change or refunds will be provided for unused balances.
4. Limitations
4.1 Fraud
FiatLocal reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or suspend an account if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
4.2 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
FiatLocal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Please keep your Gift Card information secure.
4.3 Limitations on Use
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, and no more than [insert limit] Gift Cards may be purchased per transaction.
5. Refund Policy
All Gift Card sales are final. FiatLocal does not offer refunds for purchased Gift Cards, except where required by law.
